The name 'habanero' comes from the Cuban city of La Habana (Havana) where the pepper was once marketed and popularized.

This Habanero Summer Salad is a fresh, zesty, and delicious dish that pairs spicy habaneros with cooling red onions, tomatoes, and limes. Coriander adds brightness and a hint of aromatic flavor while a sprinkle of soy sauce rounds out the dish with a dash of umami. The perfect way to cool down under the summer sun!
