Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked sushi rice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

  • 2 tablespoons black garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup cooked shrimp, diced
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced cucumber
  • 1/4 cup diced mango
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds

Steps

  1. In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, sugar, and black garlic. Mix until all ingredients are fully combined.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the cooked sushi rice, shrimp, cucumber, mango, and sesame seeds. Mix until all ingredients are fully combined.
  3. Divide the sushi bowl mixture into two bowls. Pour half of the black garlic sauce over each bowl, and mix until the ingredients are evenly coated.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
